A person who has equal parts blonde and another colored hair. Usually black underneath and blond on top. (A patchy blond).

Republican blonde

This phrase refers to the hair color commonly found amongst women who badly bleach their hair to look more like their right-wing idols, Ivanka Trump, Tomi Lahren, etc. They can be any age, but always have conservative beliefs and are often the ones to call in reports of POC doing non-criminal things, like walking in their own neighborhood, etc.

Well, I wanted to try a new look for my hair but I didn’t want to end up republican blonde, ya know?
