A lazy idiot that pretends to be conservative but lacks a work ethic and is always slacking on the job. Especially true with government workers and hypocrites.

Jay votes Republican and says he is conservative but spends all day at work on Facebook looking at women just like a Trump worker. This is especially bad because he is the sexual harassment director.
