Term used to describe an excess of "love handle" fat that tends to float to the surface of the water when fat people sit in a pool of liquid; (I.e. jacuzzi, or swimming pool).

Becky's 'tubber' did not leave enough room in the jacuzzi for the rest us so we decided to head back into the swimming pool.

I LOVE it when Dean tickles me under my 'tubber'.
