(Adj.) A term used to describe someone who has recently improved their appearance by toning up or dropping a few LB’s. The thinking behind this phrase is comparable to someone who could previously be thought of as deep fried chicken (heavy/greasy) but now appears to be more like air fried chicken (more healthy/light than before).
Example #1: Damn Amy, you’re looking air fried! Have you been hitting the gym?
Example #2: Ally how did you get so air fried? Are you doing those protein shakes as meal replacements or something different?
Example #3: Wow Julie! That 40-day no sugar cleanse has you lookin air fried!
