This phenomenon often occurs the morning after a night of drinking, but it is unlike a hangover in that people are typically playful and possibly feel like they're still happily drunk. Symptoms may include episodes of excessive laughter, moderate to high stupidity, directional challenges, goofy mannerisms, eccentric thoughts and ideas, as well as feeling light and euphoric. A post-biben done well could and should last the remaining duration of the day.
