A diet which consists of more than 15% over-the-counter or prescription drugs instead of actual food, since the person on it is either a drug dealing pharmacist, a hypochondriac, or has at least a dozen medical conditions. And no, I'm not making fun of people with medical conditions. That is personal experience.

In a correlation with schadenfreude*, the freak pill is the most underground pill in the internet, it’s, commonly, a negative pill, since you take non-normative acts to the society. Well, basically, a freakpilled is the guy who will treat the things like a jester. A “freak pill master” is the «intellectual/normal dude» across your jesterness and the money they bag off of your ass, like a freakshow. Some people use the “jester” as a disguise.
