Weaponize

To take something that you yourself do every day, turn it on your enemy, all the while defining it as 'the most horrible thing ever ever!!!'
"I just cannot seem to weaponize his love of the people!!"
"Sure you can!! Just call it POPULISM!!"

Academic Weapon

That one essay based student with a traumatic villain origin story that is either really straight or really fruity, probably the latter because the best ones tend to study English. They usually have a bunch of younger siblings and/or cousins they have to look after and explain stuff to, but they somehow still get killer grades and a shoutout in every assembly for giving off teacher vibes.
Eleni in my English class is an academic weapon.

Wait, nobody mentioned the academic weapon in assembly...did something happen?

less-lethal weapons

Rubber bullets, beanbag rounds, stun grenades and other projectiles fired by police at unarmed and non-violent American citizens. Such weapons can produce serious injury, permanent disability and death.
An 18-year-old man, struck in the head by one of the less-lethal weapons, suffered massive injuries. 'You could look down into the wound and see fractured skull fragments', said the EMT. Rubber bullets, fired by police from military grenade launchers, can cause internal bleeding, nerve damage and permanent injury to vital organs.

Weaponized Empathy

"Weaponized empathy" refers to the use of empathy as a manipulative tool for personal gain or to control others, rather than for genuine understanding or support. It is commonly used in faking or exaggerating emotional understanding to manipulate someone into doing what you want, often by guilting them or by implying what they're doing is unfair.
Person A: "I really need you to cover my shift tomorrow."
Person B: "I can’t, I’ve got plans already."
Person A: "Oh, I see. I just thought you’d understand how stressed I’ve been lately. It must because I'm black, right? Don't you care about stopping racism?"
Person B: "That's.. That's not how that works?"
Person A: "Shut up, Nazi."
Person B: "Enough with the weaponized empathy already!"
