In the world of people who suffer from chronic pain and immune disorders that attack your body, percoguilt refers to a sort of survivors guilt. Having access to pain medication, regardless of how long it took for a doctor to agree and regardless of whether said med will not be refilled,you feel guilty for having them because a friend/so/community member doesnt have any more.

Janie:so, did you fill your pain meds for this month?

Ally:yeah, i did. but stephanie can't fill her's for another two weeks. I kinda have percoguilt.
