Patheth is short for Pathetic. The word can be used to express anger or used to explain the how inmature one is

Mary was throwing snowballs at the library to get attention.

Mary: Patheth? OMG I will stop because that word is so happening.

Pathetically Awesomelier

When someone's innate abilities is misconstrued or misrepresented as being pathetical(sp) behavior, but in actuality these abilities make them more awesome than the average awesome person (hence the "-lier" at the end thar).
