Perk 4

A secret weapon commonly used by Tyler and Peter where they take out a can of ownage and spray it all over the other team. The team denies them of their awesomeness but we all know the truth. It's one of the most badass things to look for in games.

Tyler was against 5 people. Tyler used perk 4. Tyler threw a random grenade and killed 6 people.

Peter was using perk 4 too much that he was banned from the game.

Peekskill is upstate. Think about it, where does Peekskill have more in common with, Yonkers or Newburgh? Hell, it's probably even closer to Newburgh!
