To express extreme displeasure with something or someone. Another form of "uncool" or "not cool".

Guy 1-"Hey man I clogged your toilet."
Guy 2-"Dude, negative cool."

Girl-"Baby.....I'm pregnant."
Guy-"............Negative cool."

Neat Sounds

A response Denoting intense interest for a person who enthusiastically tells you of his unbearably cool status or of his nine inch penis. This response is also warranted if the person offers sage wisdom which no one else could possibly posses, seeing as their penises aren't as large.
"Neat sounds" literally compliments the sounds--not the words or meaning--emitted from a particular speakers mouth.

"So i'm gonna get some fye head from Molly at the party tonight!"--

The condition of having current and expected debts and expenses that are greater than all your cash, bank balances, and loose change/money people owe you put together.

Guy 1: Man, I gotta pay 80 bucks to register my car for the year and 120 bucks for some course access bullshit for class, but I only got 45 bucks in cash and 85 in the bank.

Guy 2: I feel you, man. Negative money blows.

Guy 1: Guess I better get to borrowing some cash.

buying clothes (normally used) for a certain price, then finding more money in the pocket than what you originally paid for them

I bought a $20 pair of jeans at Plato's Closet the other day and found a wadded up $50 dollar bill in one of the pockets when I got home. I love paying negative dollars for clothes.
