St. Louisism

A word or phrase unique to the big small town of St. Louis, Missouri. Examples:
Hoosier: white trash

toasted ravioli: small raviolis deep fried till crispy

gooey butter cake: a breakfast cake, about 10 x 10 inches,
filled with a buttery custard and covered in powdered
sugar.

pork steak: a slice of pork butt, about half inch thick,
bone in, slow cooked on a barbeque pit and smothered in
Maull's barbeque sauce

'Where'd ya go to high school?': the first question asked
by one native to another person they are meeting for the
first time who also is a lifelong St. Louisan.

"Hoosier" as a St. Louisism, has nothing to do with Bobby Knight or Indiana.

Louissa is a bright and beautiful girl that has a contagious smile. She does not need a weave to make her look beautiful. Her artistic abilities are uncanny. Some mistake her for Picasso. She enjoys spending time with her friends and often causes them to be excessively loud. She brings about unpredictable topics of conversation but never ceases to make people laugh. Some how she always manages to contort herself into interesting poses. Louissa is loved by all. There is no one in the world like her.

A Lovise is the most beautiful human being in the world. She is incredible both on the inside and outside. Everyone admires her, and her closest friends loves her with all their hearts and couldn't imagine how life could be without her. Louisiana

Louisiana has some of the nicest people I've ever seen. I'm from North Louisiana and I've traveled alot. I'm used to waving to people and getting a wave back, only in Louisiana. That's southern generosity for you :) Nothing like nice Southern people with funny accents. So if your visiting Louisiana, don't be afraid to wave to us, We'll wave right back and problaby strike up a conversation with you that consists of more knowledge about our personal lives than you ever wanted to know.

Louisianian: *wave, How are you today?
N: Very well
L: well me too! Are you hungry? Im makin some dinner if you'd like to eat with us tonight!
N: *so taken aback, his head explodes
