giving up

It's when, after a lot o struggles with a Person, after all the reassurance, the understanding, the love, the promises you've been giving they still choose to hurt you, telling you they are ready when they are not despite your promise to wait until it's sure. 🙂
So even if you know you love them, you have to give up on them because they keep on hurting you, and sometimes it's ok to choose yourself, so you can keep on fighting for survival, no matter how bad it hurts.

Exthatgirl: I'm giving up on you my R., because everytime you're facing the decision to hurt me, you choose to do it and even though I understand you've never been showed real love, so you don't really know how to do it, I wanted to be the person you'd learn with. To heal our hearts, to fight together, but you choose to push me away, again.

Giving Neck

When somebody rubs the back of anothers neck hard so that it hurts. This occurs after someone tells a bad joke and there's an akward silence, during the akward silence someone "gives neck" to the person who told the bad joke, and ends the silence.

Truman:Knock Knock!
Caleb:Who's there?...
Truman:Boo!
Caleb:Boo who?
Truman:Aww don't cry!
-Akward silence-
Then Caleb starts giving neck to Truman.

giving the knuckles

During a television broadcast of a movie, when a character tries to display the middle finger, the finger is cutoff because of censorship. This results in what appears to be the character showing his/her knuckles only. Considered an insult in many parts of a certain part of a certain place of certain countries. Also known as giving knuckles or showing the knuckles.

When watching 8 Mile on VH1, Eminem can be seen giving the knuckles numerous times throughout the movie.

Person 1: Yo, homeboy juss' foun' out dat hims friend was dippin' in him's mayonnaise!
Person 2: Oh snap, he juss' gave him knuckles!
Person 1: Yeah, I would too if someone was dippin' in mah mayonnaise. Bish, gitcho' own damn mayonnaise!
