A harsh and aggressive driver of a motor vehicle that tailgates another driver until such a time as they see the other lane opened and swiftly jerk the steering wheel to manuever their vehicle around the vehicle that they were tailgating. Also applies to drivers who zip in and out of traffic using the afore mentioned method.

Someone who enjoys the candy Whoppers© (chocolate covered malt balls) that they snatch them up when ever they see them. Other words that are similar to this are "Whopper snatcha" "Whoppa Snatcha"

Those kids trick or treating were such whopper snatchers.

At the factory tour of Whoppers© some kids grabbed all the free Whopper© samples and the guide thought they were such whopper snatcha's!

The analogy relates to someone going fishing and claiming they 'caught a whopper' and of course they are lying out of their arse constantly as the caught a tiddler or jack shit as usual, typical recruitment consultcunt arse gravy.
