The hairball complex is very similar to people who are narcissistic however instead of putting there needs first or wanting to be the center of attention someone with the hairball complex will refuse to speak to you and/or block you if you even slightly do something they don't approve of

When a persian guy treats his girlfriend so well and does anything for her because he loves her so much that it comes off as being whipped. However, he isn't as he is still very sexually dominate and just comes off as whipped because he is so sweet

The name of the complex originates from Disney's "The Emperor's New Groove", where the main character "Kuzco" is very self absorbed.
