In order to quailfy as a "tigger" he or she must be made in but not restricted any combination of Hungary,Turkey, Italy, Greece, and Tiggeria itself. ( not to be confused with a beaner or a nigger seeing as they are closely related ( not the character from pooh bear either)). Tigers commonly steal rickshaws and impregnate babies. Unlike most people the problems with Tiggers isn't not knowing what to do, its doing the wrong thing after knowing what to do. It seems that Tiggers are what comes out when god is pissed or they are a step backwards in the chain of evolution if you are a douche bag and believe in that bullshit. Tiggers are always broke and orphans in most cases because their parents hate them. If your doctor tells you your wife is pregnant with a tigger, punch her in the stomach without delay. Keep your tigger on a chain and oppress him daily for good health.
