1. In Baseball or Softball, to achieve a home run by hitting the ball so hard that not even the player who stayed home with his sick kids could catch it.

2. A single hit that is so vicious that its effects are felt for a while afterwards, usually through flying backwards, falling to the ground, writhing in pain, and throwing up. Bonus points if you do it with a baseball bat.
