A person who suffers from the long-term effects of sleep deprivation, and/or drug-induced psychosis. Usually one who is addicted to Methamphetamine.

He hasn't slept for nine days, he's a total sketchball.

An exclamation or phrase used to denote that something being discussed is sketchy , shady, dubious , criminal or mess up. Usually used singularly in response to something said.

Meaning that something is cool, awesome, sweet, fantastic. The equivalent of saying that something is "the shit". Not to be comfused with Fergilicious.
