2) Most often found on women as they tend to be the "shaggers", but it may also be found on men willing to throw their bodies around

3) Found often in Lister Dodgeball League matches

A reference used to describe a girl's appearance. The term shaggy refers to dressing in non-casual clothing such as sweatpants where baggy references the unattractive fit of the clothing. This overall makes a very ugly girl.
