Pompalicious has many meanings but it is usually used when someone holds a lot of knowledge on a niche subject, puts a lot of effort into something they love, or even when someone purchases something remarkable.
It is usually used to tease someone for the effort they put into a specific thing.

Tamara is my partner and I love them so much. Their black hair and beautiful haircut makes them look so pretty. If you talk to them you'll be taken back from how nice and amazing they are. They are strong and have fought through hard times and I'm so happy they did because if they didn't I wouldn't have a amazing partner right now. They're eyes are so pretty. I wish you could see them.
