This is the practice of saving men or invitations and postponing them into a future point in time. Girls typically do this because their datebook is full for the moment. Similar to sandbagging in business only with men and dating.

Maggie asked Scarlett, "Are you going out with Chuck this week?" Scarlett replied, "No, I'm booked almost every night and I am so tired. I am manbagging him into next week."
