A male or female who attends your gym whom you are sexually attracted to but only admire and / or flirt with from afar. This person is usually your motivation to go to the gym on days you really don't feel up to going.

A combination of the phrases puppy love and crush. Generally with the same meaning, often describes having an extreme crush on someone that will never turn into real love or a real relationship.

Micky has a huge puppy crush on that famous Welsh actor, even though they will never meet.

Cindy has a puppy crush on the head of the football team, even though he's never noticed her. She still likes to think they will get together someday.
