An act of reply courtesy occurs when you are forced to keep the conversation going by either creating awkwardness or changing the subject because the person you or texting or instant messaging replies with a conversation killer, words such as, "ha, yeah, mhm, lol, ect."

Last Course

The Last Course is a male's expectation to receive a gratuitous blow job or hand job from his male or female partner after treating said partner to wonderful meal at a fine dining establishment.
