Almost like a free-for-all where one gets to "mooch" without paying for anything in return.

1/ Company A is having a big friggin' mooch-fest with Company B's assets like servers and software licenses.

2/ The company's Christmas Party was a giant big mooch-fest as everyone showed up coz it was free.
