At the time of writing this the black community had officially and legally accepted gingers or "naturally red headed people" into their community. Inclusive minds felt they should get a better slur so as to feel even more included.

Freckle - A slur used to refer to red headed pale skinned people.

Individuals who shamelessly flatter or ingratiate themselves with people in positions of authority—whether seniors in college, club heads, or corporate managers—in order to gain favor, recognition, or personal advantage. Reckless lickers are known for prioritising praise over performance, switching allegiances quickly, and surviving more on charm than on skill.
