When the unsavory element gradually expands to neighborhoods that used to be considered upper class.

We never had to lock our doors at night in this neighborhood, but because of the ghetto creep over the last few years we can't leave anything out without it disappearing. The bad part of town used to be miles away, now it's in this neighborhood too.

Homework creep 

The phenomenon where the teachers aren't aware of each other, and simultaneously increase the amount of homework they give, thinking that the students would be able to handle it, thus collectively significantly increasing the overall amount.

Man, the god damn teachers are all on homework creep!

Silent Creep 

When you switch off your "online now" status on myspace/facebook so you can roam around your friends pages without them knowing you are online. Often used by those who receive insults to always being online.

Kent: Oh my god, I just got a message from Kent but he's not online...?

Fupa Creep 

The phenomenon of a rising waistband due to an enlarged fupa, i.e. the tendancy of an overweight woman to gradually place the waistband of her pants higher and higher, over time, as her fupa grows.
