Most commonly used to describe males who are classified as a sleeze, pervert, pain in the ass, dick,jerk,asshole or "stripped shirt guy." Traits are cockyness, unbuttoned stripped shirt, greasy hair, stupid smirk, loud voice, bad conversation.
