A nickname for Mandy. Only used on Mandys who are fun and kind. They can also be super artsy and have an aesthetically pleasing instagram. The nickname stems from the bakery in Chicago, Sweet Mandy B's, where there are tons of cupcakes with all different flavors. Just like cupcakes, a "sweet mandy b" is sweet, fun, flavorful!
