As opposed to a question not needing an answer, a rhetorical answer is an answer that should not questioned.

Joe: What's going on?
Abbie: My mum has gone into a coma, my dad has run off with his dentist and just failed all my exams.
Joe: ......that's a rhetorical answer isn't it?

So basically Ansh is a gem of person who are trustworthy. They're also very awkwardly introvert. Sometimes they also don't speak up just because they think it's not the right time to say and wastes their time in waiting. They're also super shy with the people they like or someone new and lacks the skill of socialising. But once they're comfortable with you, it's super fun with them.
