California Stupid

A phrase describing the stubborn unwillingness to leave California even when one can’t afford to live anywhere due to the obscene cost of housing.

It seems that so many have become California Stupid to the point of sleeping on friend’s couches for months or living in a tent somewhere just to stay in the sunshine state.
