Don't stuff Tobacco in a capsule and take it, or you will have bloody poop and stomach ache and intestine pain. Save for REAL Nicotine Lozenges 2mg to 4mg or try Nic Nacs 6mg Nicotine Lozenges half a Lozenges or 3mg. Nicotine itself is a cognitive enhancer and is non-toxic and safe. The 800+ chemicals in the Tobacco Plant is more toxic than a poorly set up meth lab (Methamphetamine HCl) or speed lab (Amphetamine HCl) with no pharmaceutical controls to check for quality control. Nicotine Lozenges are purified and safe. Vaping is pretty safe. Smoking is not safe. Swallowing Tobacco is 100 times less safe than smoking.

Get the really quite contreally mug.Based on the term "quiet-quitting", a condition where people quit a job, ghost everyone, with no regard to anyone else at all. A fairly cowardly move, that inevitably is a bad character trait, setting them up for long term failure in their life.
I guess we're moving along without Bob. He's either lost in the Congo somewhere, kidnapped or decided silent quitting is the way to go.
