(adj.) Pronounced "joob" or "jube". One who makes multiple "junior" (rookie/school-boy) "boobs" or errors in situations where they should know better. Similar to a "noob" however it more specifically refers to traveler(s) who whilst abroad make a comedy of errors.

A corporation's equivalent of the individual's plight of being forsaken and bereft during economic downturns - both evoking the same magnitude of gloom, jitteriness and deflated morale.
