The Doctah is a tv term related to Scifi Brit series, Doctor Who. Whooligans use this word because the pronounciation of "the Doctor" especially by the Tenth and the Eleventh became "scottish", so to joke on it they say Doctah.

Oh, for Gallifrey's sake, this fish fingers and custard were cooked by Jenna like the Doctah had done on tv!

Hood Doctor

A person who may or may not have a professional medical license that works in lower income neighborhoods. Usually working out of their own home, a Hood Doctor takes in injured people who either can’t afford expensive hospital bills or need to be treated but cannot risk getting attention from the law. These Hood Doctors can perform a variety of things, surgeries, prescriptions, and even embalming; it is always good to get to know you’re Hood Doctor.

Person 1: Marcus got pulled up on last night.
Person 2: Damn, did you take him to the hospital?
Person 1: I mean the mans got like 2 warrants, so we had to take him to the Hood Doctor.
