A physical, sometimes visable, ball of energy or chi from within a person. Can only be brought out with practice (like the practice of psionics) or extreme and unusual circumstances.

Last night, I don't know what happened but my hands just moved and I held an energy ball. Totally weird.

energy efficient

Marketing speak for "doesn't work worth a fuck". Only saves any appreciable energy by the placement of the "energy efficient" sticker, which discourages anyone from using it.

That "energy efficient" automatic door takes about five minutes to open, so everyone not in a wheelchair has learned to just open the door the old-fashioned way. Guess it really does save energy! What a piece of shit.
