A small child or tot (usually from the age of 5-9 or anybody younger then you) who is acting extremely annoying at the time.

Older kid- Hey little dude whats up?
Tot- Oh nothing i just remember your fat and ugly and stupid
(Kid was just promoted to totbag status)

TOTB stands for Table On The Beach, but the table is gone, the beach is gone, and the lunchtime is gone; however, the friends are still here and together and that’s all that matters. People want to be us, so I hear. We came before BCOBC and TS(But we like them they're our ally's) but everyone else can kiss our asses, copy cats. We are always recruiting, so don’t be scared.
