Someone who is guilty of a thought crime, a crime committed by one's thoughts. Thinking differnetly(Outside the box), questioning authority, or owning anti-government literature such as Zeitgeist.

Thought Block

1. When a thought or idea is lost or forgotten while entering the mind of a human being by a sudden change in the environment. (Most commonly occurring to stoners.)

2. An act to purposely prevent a human being to continue his thought process.

To engage in the taking of illegal substances in the lavatories of public bars, clubs, town halls etc.

Often said in response to nosey friends or well-wishers who don't necessarily know that you do blow on occasion.

Man: Where are you off to, another man?
Another man: One must retire momentarily to gather one's thoughts.
