Talking to self; counseling oneself: giving therapy to self through a process. A process involving self therapy coaching. A type of self-help therapy.

I was in a situation that required me to therasize.
In my opinion thersizing, can be used a a self-help tool.

When your friend is venting to you and you get angry on their behalf.

I got therapissed again when stacy told me again about her useless coworkers.
I like that i can vent about all my problems with you but you always get therapissed about it.

The act of providing mental health therapy to someone.

I won’t be administering meds or therapizing that client.
