Semetrisize (Se-Me-Tri-Size or Se-Me-Tri-Siz-Ing) was a word born in frost middle school. it has absolutely no meaning but is fun to say. it can describe anything dirty and be used in place of any word.

"hey honey want to come over and semetrisize?"

When inhaling powdered drugs into the nasal passages, getting symmetrical means to use both nostrils to inhale the drug. It is common practice to alternate between the two nostrils, so that one doesn't become asymmetrical, which is the opposite of the desired effect.
