A rectangle is most commonly found when a person trys to eat to many carrots at once. They get an overflow which causes the rectum to become tangled and mangled.

Rectangle Ass

The result of sitting on an uncomfortable chair (wood, office, bleacher) for an extended period of time. Usually prefaced by the term "case of" as if it were a condition or a disease.

I had so much work at the office today that I didn't get a lunch and when I got up to leave, I had a horrible case of rectangle ass.
