It is a code word that means "Mega Sus" and it is used when there is a new member in a group or a person acting in a very weird way that seems sus.

Mike: yes I have and he seems off.

Pema

Pema is someone you can always rely on. Wether it’s laughing at the worst jokes you can find, introducing you to great new books, or being your friend, she’s a person you’re lucky to know. She is of course a great person to be around, and will never tire of the mort joke, and will laugh every time I tell it. Shes also very pretty, kind, witty and smart. She should know that people care about her, and that she is wonderful, amazing, and one of the best friends I have.

A permabear is somebody who is ALWAYS negative about the future direction of the markets and economy in general, no matter what.

Opposite of permabull

Josiah is a real permabear. He is always negative about the stock market, even when things look rosy, he believes that things will head south eventually.

penmanship

the physical art (regardless of whether or not the piece of writing is actually correct in terms in of spelling, grammar, morphology, syntax etc..) of legible human handwriting.

father (after reading a student-to-parent from his daughter's school: really? is this f-sag or what? They want you to hand in all your written homework as computer documents? what these tulips are trying to accomplish by abolishing penmanship is beyond me.
