Get the peer pressure the musicalmug. Trying to get somebody to do something based on what everyone else is doing, thinks is safe, or thinks someone should do.
Most people wear masks, and some think that peer pressure, or even something worse than peer pressure (like deaths) is going to change the way somebody else does things, especially if peer pressure convinced them to put on a mask.
