Mojito

(mo-HEE-toe) Rum drink containing lime, mint, sugar, and soda.

To make a good mojito, crush 12 fresh spearmint leaves with half a lime and 4 tsp of sugar. Add 1.5 oz of rum, fill the glass with ice, and top off with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.

A rapper created by Bob Costas while playing the piano for Jimmy Fallon on the Winter Olympics post-game show. Jimmy was writing his weekly thank you notes and Bob, who was playing the piano, stated that his playing was "A little monotonous." ... He is not to be confused with Lil' Wayne, Lil' Bow Wow, or Lil' Romeo.
