Region Locked

(A slang term used in Magic: the Gathering.)

When an opponent takes control over one of your creatures or planeswalkers, but they cannot use/activate effects because the opponents deck is built around a different colour of mana.

Player 1: "I took control of your Moorland Inquisitor with my Mind Flayer!"
Player 2: "Yes, but you can't use his ability because he is region locked."

Keep it locked

Essentially means 'keep listening to this audio stream'.

Refers to locking your analogue radio to a particular station for extended listening, though in the modern day, it's more likely you're listening to a webcast or internet radio instead.
