Describes a program that partly acts like a human. This term can be used to make your code seem smarter than it actually is (it's called marketing.) This concept is sometimes represented in pathetic stock images depicting creepy robots.

If artificial intelligence can't take over the world yet, it can still write poems. That's cool.
