A disorder that typically appears amongst streamers on Twitch. These streamers lack the ability to manage and organize their inventories in the games that they play, causing their inventory to become full of random garbage.

Of course this person is never heard from again. This can apply to any said person pretending to have the ability to pay cash for expensive items when in reality they are only fooling themselves.
