A derogatory term, most prominently used as a noun, to insult another party member. Most commonly used to cause offense to the person it is directed upon, and it's meaning is varied/not defined, other than it being an insult. Possible definitions directed upon someone being fat ("hammy"), an asshole or any other reason why you would consider even insulting them in the first place.
