Where you fart so hard and push so hard that you need to sit down after and have a breather, really knocks the wind out of you (in more ways than one). Can also burst a blood vessel or make you faint.

Jacuzzi faint

The official autopsy of Whitney Houston revealed that the cause of death was "jacuzzi faint."
In the moments before Whitney died she drew a scalding hot bath, shot some freebase cocaine and stepped in the tub. Because she was so high, she could not feel the pain from the scalding hot water so she stood there for a bit. Then her body reacted to the extreme pain and the blood rushed out from her head causing her to... Well, jacuzzi faint.
