One-and-Done

In marketing and sales, when someone makes only one attempt to achieve a goal when experience dictates that multiple attempts are needed.
Doug never successfully reaches prospects on the phone because he has a "one-and-done" mentality.

One and done

To take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it. So basically you are taking the one item or items and it's done, son!

Steal, thieve, take.
Hey C-dog I straight up one and doned a nice dress from anthro this weekend!

Rooster, check out the Mercedes I one and doned!

I didn't mean for it to go like this but let's keep moving on I mean she's done and buried now.

Gone and done an Adblue

When you intend to do one thing and through distraction, incompetence or absent mindedness you do another.

An event with disastrous consequences that could easily be avoided with common sense or paying attention.

Used when carrying out a task and you do something that clearly was you being stupid and completely avoidable.
"I've gone and done an Adblue as I was bitching about Steve in a text to my mate Ken and sent it to Steve by accident."

"I've gone and done an Adblue and put the car in reverse rather than forward and drove the car through my downstairs wall"

and...done

A term used to express pure sexual joy when viewing eye candy which leads directly to arousal and/or climax.
Did you see Keira Knightley in Domino? And...done! (Pronounced: Annnnnnd…done!)
