The combinations of the words cringe and strange. It is typically used when you see something really weird, strange or cringeworthy that is very unexplainable.

Person 1: Do you remember the scene in Star Wars where Anakin tells Padme he dislikes sand?
Person 2: Yeah of course, that was the most crange moment in any film i've ever seen.
