A short form of "copy and paste". A blatant, unapologetic form of plagiarism.

Describes the act of hastily copying and pasting work from other documents to produce your own work.

a law that thinks kids are dumb but most kids are smart. COPPA ruined youtube too. they are blocking comments, being able to turn on notifications, miniplayer and other things. and you can get fined 45,00 dollars because of it. and COPPA is a reason why youtube kids exists. COPPA can also get kids mad.
